About the plot
Plot 70 is a corner plot with road on two sides, which gives light and ventilation from two directions and a choice of where to place the gate. The owner will sell it whole or in three parts:
- Plot A, 1,500 sq ft: enough for an independent house with a car park.
- Plots B and C, 750 sq ft each: compact plots for a small house, or buy both together.
Two buyers can also split it, one taking Plot A and another B and C, so a family can build next to each other.
Buying part of a plot
If you buy one part rather than the whole plot, make sure the sale deed describes your part with exact measurements and boundaries, and that the patta is subdivided in your name after registration. A subdivided patta is what lets you get a building approval, an electricity connection and a bank loan for your part on its own.

What to check before you buy
